Alchohol: 12.5% Vol. Stopper: cork "Diam" Price: CHF. 19.-- Tasting: It does honour to its native soil in its complex and purebred aromas, reminiscent of acacia, honey, almonds and toasted bread. The taste is deep, rich and persistent, hugely generous. It needs a year's cellaring to express its full personality, and then remains at its apogee for five to ten years. Perfect pairings: Foie gras pate, shellfish, pike quenelles, cheeses of Gruyère or Vacherin type.
